NetLet Web Development – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website development services provided by NetLet Web Development (“NetLet,” “we,” or “us”) in exchange for a monthly fee. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

1.1 NetLet Web Development offers website development services to individuals and businesses (“Clients”) in exchange for a monthly fee of $49, subject to applicable taxes.

1.2 Our services include the creation, customization, hosting and maintenance of websites based on the requirements specified by the Client. This may involve the use of templates, themes, or custom designs.

1.3 The monthly fee covers the initial website development and design services, basic maintenance, and technical support. Additional services beyond the scope of this agreement may be subject to extra charges.

2. Payment and Billing

2.1 The monthly fee of $49, plus any applicable taxes, is due on the first day of each billing cycle. The billing cycle begins on the date of initial website development and continues on a monthly basis thereafter.

2.2 Payments can be made through the preferred payment method specified by NetLet, such as credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

2.3 Failure to make payment within five (5) days of the due date may result in temporary suspension or termination of services. Reactivation of services may be subject to additional fees.

3. Website Development and Design

3.1 NetLet will work closely with the Client to understand their preferences for website. However, NetLet retains the right to make design decisions based on best practices and industry standards.

3.2 The Client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, such as logos, images, and content, in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may impact the project timeline.

3.3 NetLet holds the intellectual property rights to any custom designs, written content, themes, or templates developed during the website development process, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Maintenance and Support

4.1 NetLet will provide basic maintenance and technical support for the Client’s website, including bug fixes, and security patches.

4.2 Any additional features, enhancements, or content updates requested by the Client beyond the basic maintenance will be subject to additional charges. NetLet will provide an estimate of these charges before proceeding.

5. Termination

5.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice. The termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5.2 Upon termination, the Client’s website will be taken offline, and NetLet will no longer provide maintenance and support services.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 NetLet Web Development will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and functionality of the Client’s website. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

6.2 NetLet will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client or any third party arising from the use or inability to use the website or any related services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your jurisdiction].

7.2 Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your jurisdiction].
